PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING

ORDER PRODUCTION TIME:

Myli is a small slow fashion brand, following a made-to-order approach. Once you place your order, your piece will be made by us. This not only minimises excess stock and fabric waste but also means your future piece is being made just for you. The timeline for making your outfit depending on how busy we are but usually between 3-14 business days. Please let us know the date, festival or event you need the outfit by so we can make sure it reaches you in time for your event. You can leave that as a note at checkout when placing your order. Once your item is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ( AUSTRALIA POST):

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days ( + production time). ($10.60 AUD )

  • Express Shipping: For those last-minute festival plans, we offer express shipping to get your order to you within 1-2 business days( + production time) ($14.10). 

  • Free shipping for orders over $230 AUD.

LOCAL PICK UP: BONDI & CANGGU

If you're based in Bondi or Bali(Canggu) we offer local pickup at a free cost. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ( DHL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL)

  1. NEW ZEALAND: DHL EXPRESS (2-3 BUSINESS DAYS) - $20 AUD. All orders under NZ$1000 are free from all customs duties and taxes. Orders totalling over NZ$1000 may incur custom fees. Free shipping on orders over 240 AUD.

  2. UNITED STATES: DHL EXPRESS (3-6 BUSINESS DAYS) - $30 AUD ($21 USD). All orders under $800 USD are free from all customs duties & taxes. Free shipping on orders over $240 AUD.

  3. REST OF THE WORLD:  DHL EXPRESS (3-6 BUSINESS DAYS) - $30 AUD. Rural & remote parts may possibly take longer. Free shipping for orders over $240 AUD.

TRACKING

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If you have not received your shipment or tracking confirmation, please check your junk folder as we have most likely tried to contact you regarding your order.  Australia Post or DHL will provide you with shipping updates via email or SMS notifications, keeping you informed about your package's estimated delivery date and any potential delays.

SHIPPING DELAYS

From time to time during busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays and Christmas periods), delays may occur. Myli is not responsible for any delays due to public holidays or postal service errors. If for some reason you have not received your package within 10 business days please get in touch at info@mylifestivalwear.com 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address due to customer error, the buyer will be responsible to pay for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Any potential duties, taxes or other custom fees are dependent on which country you are shipping to and not the responsibility of Myli. Please check with your local customs about any charges your package may incur on arrivals.
